Khalifa Stadium
Total Renovation of Khalifa International Stadium, where the corner stone of Qatar’s sporting tradition takes place. Originally restored for Asian Games, Arabian Gulf Cup and AFC Asian Cup and became a worthy Ambassador of Middle East symbolizing sporting excellence in all forms.
Msheireb
Down Town - Doha
Msheireb is the world’s first sustainable Downtown Regeneration Project, that revives the old Commercial District with a new Architectural Language that is modern, yet inspired by traditional Qatari Heritage and Architecture – its proportion, simplicity, space, light, layering, ornament and response to climate.
National Museum of Qatar
The Qatar Total Energies Playground is designed to inspire children to learn about Qatar’s sustainability efforts divided into 15 zones or ‘pods’ the playground invites families to enter the pods from various pathways – allowing for a ‘choose your own adventure’ experience that engages, informs and inspires them to learn about the future of energy.
Qatar Rail Metro Station
The Doha Metro is our most prominent and visible project. It serves both the capital and the suburbs with all major locations within easy and convenient reach. The Doha Metro is a new, state of the art, best in class automated rail network, running mostly underground and across the city of Doha. Doha Metro is the backbone of Qatar’s Integrated Public Transport System promoting usage of Public Transport System in the country and key ingredient in the accomplishment of Qatar National Vision 2030.
Seef Lusail Redevelopment
This high-luxury development is designed by TABANLIOGLU Architects with an overall built-up area of around 85,000 square meters. It consists of 4 residential towers standing over retail podiums, aiming for GSAS 4 stars rating level.
Stadium 974
Ras Abu Aboud Stadium is constructed using Shipping Containers, removable seats and other modular Building Blocks, not only will this innovative 40,000 seat venue have a remarkable design, but it can be entirely dismantled and repurposed after the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. Its parts will be used in other sporting or non-sporting projects, setting a new standard in sustainability and introducing bold and new ideas in tournament legacy planning.
