Phase 1B includes the larger part of both Barahat Msheireb and Al Kahraba areas, and will comprise the true heart of the development, with hospitality, dining, Mandarin Oriental Hotel, the Cultural Forum, a new mosque and an exclusive residential component. Phase 1B will further see the development of a unique mixed-use neighbourhood stretching North to South along the Western boundary. The residential area of this phase will comprise a business and retail component and a school adjacent to the strategic Al Diwan Street.
